Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the main principles for using the BEZBOOK website and placing orders.

Website use

Customers are expected to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. BEZBOOK may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, customers or business operations.

Product information

Product descriptions, images, editions and availability are provided for catalogue and ordering purposes. Publisher-provided information can change and should be updated when new information becomes available.

Orders and payment

An order becomes eligible for fulfilment after the required order and payment checks are completed. Payment status is verified server-side with the payment provider.

Fulfilment

BEZBOOK processes customer orders for dispatch. Dispatch and delivery timing may vary by book and destination, and tracking information will be shared when available.

Cancellation and refunds

Order cancellation and refund are separate processes. Cancelling an order does not automatically trigger a refund. Any approved refund is reviewed and handled manually by BEZBOOK.
