Cancellation Policy

Information about cancelling BEZBOOK orders.

Before dispatch

A cancellation request should be raised with BEZBOOK support at support@bezbook.in as early as possible. Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its current fulfilment and dispatch stage.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may need to be followed.

Refund

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If a refund is approved for a prepaid order, it is reviewed and handled manually by BEZBOOK.
