R.K. Jain’s Complete Customs Reference Set | Tariff & Mega Exemptions (2025-26) is a two-part professional reference set that brings together the two most consequential components of India’s customs regime—the Customs Tariff and the new unified Mega Exemption framework. Following the issuance of Notification No. 45/2025-Cus., the earlier patchwork of 31 exemption notifications has been rescinded and replaced by a single rationalised structure. The Tariff lays down the statutory base, while the Guide to New Mega Customs Exemptions interprets, maps, and explains every duty relief now reorganised under the new system. Together, they form the definitive reference for readers dealing with import/export classification, duty calculation, policy interpretation, or exemption compliance. Readers can now move seamlessly from tariff heading → exemption entry → effective duty computation, ensuring total command over the post-2025 customs landscape.
